Still have a question? Our team can talk through your trip and your circumstances.

Speak to an expert

They’re possible on clear, dark nights from September to March, but they can never be guaranteed. Your tour manager keeps an eye on the forecast and will let the group know when conditions look promising.

If you can walk for an hour or two on uneven, sometimes wet ground, you’ll be comfortable. The glacier walk is gentle and led by a qualified guide, who provides crampons and helmets.

Yes — many of our group travellers book on their own. You can share a twin room with another solo traveller of the same gender, or pay a single supplement for a room to yourself.

Message our team with your preferred date. A deposit secures your place, and the balance is typically due eight weeks before departure. We’ll confirm everything in writing before you pay.

Departures run with a minimum of 8 travellers. If a date hasn’t reached that, we’ll let you know well in advance and offer another date, a different trip or a full refund.

Yes. We can add nights at the start or end of the trip and adjust your flights to match — just ask when you book.
